Dear Devin,
     You descended not from Heaven, but ascended up from Hell.
The tolling of the bell heralded the death-knell you meted out so well.
The countryside of York wept bitter tears at your arrival. 'Survival of the
fittest'?  'What doesn't kill me makes me stronger'?  These clichés do
not apply here any longer!  You started out so pure, but along the way
you swerved, thus your banquet is prepared, and dinner is now served: You
dine on decay, you feast on betrayal, you devoured my heart without
any care.  But now you eat crow as the Fates turn the screw, so tell me,
dear Devin, now what's eating you?
     Game-time!  Dare you play for both sides? Attempting to
win (but destined to loose), abusing the power you wield by igniting
the fuse. Do you think you won?  Cruising down Route 81. Looking for
fun?  Running from self-guilt is futile as chasing the sun. You built up
a deficit, (a debt to yourself), that can never be paid. The red roses you
tended have tainted, transformed, to Deadly Nightshade. Fade you now, in
this bleak November, you would have done well to remember...Lady Karma
is a wicked bitch, you can't deny her. Did you really think you'd be
better off with Tyler?
     I wish I could tell you that I will bounce back. Quite the contrary
as a matter of fact. Cracks form in my heart, as well as fissures in my
mind, finding myself in such a tumultuous bind. My nihilistic tendencies
have become reinforced. Divorced from delight by such a powerful force. I
believed in fairy tales for far too long, and now the Reaper shall sing my sad
final song.
     So Devin, it seems we reached the end of our story - et nemo est
fidelis amore. Remember that the next time you come across another
soul to infect. Now I say farewell as I wait for my bottle of sleeping
pills to take it's effect.
